Coco Hot Choc
This week is a big Happy Easter to everyone!
May your days be filled with too much chocolate and enough laughter to burn off the calories!
I’m pretty sure there’ll be some food indulgence in my house! But for the days when I’m craving chocolate and want something a little lighter, I make myself a Coco Hot Choc! It’s one of the kids favourites too!
Ingredients
1/2 tsp cacao
1 tsp raw honey
1/4 cup full fat coconut cream
boiling water
Method
- Add cacao and honey to a mug
- Stir until smooth and runny
- Add enough boiling water to fill 3/4 of the mug
- Stir in coconut cream
- Enjoy with a sneaky bliss ball or chickpea cookie
Tip You can replace the honey with rice malt syrup for a similar, less sweet version
