Protein Berry Porridge

Grain free, high protein and packed full of berry goodness, this mid-week breakfast feels like an indulgence.  But with only two ingredients it’s so, so simple to make. I usually heat the berries whilst preparing lunch for the family so I can give it the occasional stir and not waist precious school-morning time.  


1 cup mixed berries (frozen or fresh)

2 free range eggs


  1. Place the berries in a small saucepan and gently heat on the stove until soft
  2. Roughly mash with a fork and add eggs
  3. Fold the mixture over itself over a low heat until thick
  4. Remove from heat and set aside for 5 minutes
  5. Serve warm

Tip :  If you’re not a fan of all berries - choose just one type - blueberries work really well
